Located at the heart of the Valley, 15 hours drive north, is Alchemy Cellars. Built in 1975 this site became the focal point of Alchemy winemaking in the 1980s, as more fruit was sourced from teh valley and its surroundings.
A visit to this winery is a unique experience, as it provides a rare insight into the engine room of Alchemy from a winemaking perspective.
